I enjoy painting, illustrating, and making jewelry. People often say you should focus on one thing, but I love them all and can't choose, so I've decided to pursue them all. It's not an easy thing to do, but I feel happy in the process.


When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 working days preparation time before shipping. Made-to-order items may require 7-10 working days for production.

UK customers can expect delivery within 2-5 days after shipping.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

I currently ship within United Kingdom, Hong Kong, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Indonesia. If your country isn't listed, please contact me. I'll check the shipping details and get back to you.

Do you accept returns?

Paintings & Prints

Returns for paintings and prints are accepted. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

To initiate a return, customers must notify within 14 days of receiving the item.

Once the returned artwork is received, I will inspect it; if it's in its original condition, a refund will be issued.


Since jewellery is a wearable item, unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged upon Arrival 

If you receive a damaged item, kindly email me within 5 days of delivery, including your order number along with accompanying photo(s) for prompt assistance.

Do you accept cancellation?

To cancel an order, please notify me via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accommodated beyond this timeframe.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Please contact your local courier or delivery service in the event of lost or stolen packages.

While I'm passionate about my work, I cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, I am unable to issue refunds or replacements once packages have been dropped off as they are beyond my control.

Who is responsible for import tax?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
